Cat Breeder Sensei Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

By purchasing or accessing any Cat Breeder Sensei product or service — including the Sensei Collective Membership and i-Feline software — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Cat Breeder Sensei.

1. Subscription Authorization

By enrolling in the Sensei Collective Membership and/or i-Feline, you expressly authorize Cat Breeder Sensei to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) until the subscription is canceled by you.

Your billing date is established at the time of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Products & Services Covered

These Terms of Service apply to all Cat Breeder Sensei digital products and services, including but not limited to:

Sensei Collective Membership

A digital subscription service that provides immediate access to:

  • Members-only digital content
  • Live and recorded trainings
  • Private community platforms (including Discord)
  • Educational resources and mentorship support

i-Feline — AI-Powered Cattery Management Software

A digital subscription software tool designed to assist pedigree cat breeders with cattery management tasks. i-Feline is powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and is subject to the AI-specific terms outlined in Section 11 of this agreement.

Delivery of all services begins immediately upon successful payment.

3. No Refund Policy (Strict)

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

This policy applies without exception to both Sensei Collective and i-Feline, including but not limited to:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused access
  • Failure to participate or use the software
  • Forgetting to cancel
  • Dissatisfaction with content, community, or software output
  • Changes in personal or financial circumstances
  • AI-generated output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not fit for your intended use

Once a billing cycle has begun, no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued.

4. Cancellation Terms

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges only.
  • Cancellation does not reverse or refund any prior charges.
  • Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.

Use of a subscription after a billing date constitutes acceptance of that billing cycle.

5. Proof of Service & Usage

Access to Sensei Collective content, events, i-Feline software, and community spaces is restricted to active paying members.

Participation in any members-only feature — including viewing content, attending live events, accessing private community platforms, or using i-Feline in any capacity — constitutes use of the service, regardless of the level of participation.

6. Account Responsibility

  • Membership and software access is licensed to the individual account holder only.
  • Sharing access, login credentials, or allowing non-members to use paid services or software is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and account information.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

7. Termination for Cause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any or all services for violations of community standards, abuse, misuse of software, or any other conduct we determine to be harmful to the community or the integrity of our products.

Termination for cause does not entitle the member to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, training resources, and tools provided through Sensei Collective and i-Feline are the intellectual property of Cat Breeder Sensei.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or share any content or software — in whole or in part — without prior written consent from Cat Breeder Sensei.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of i-Feline may involve entering cattery-related data, including information about cats, health records, breeding plans, and buyer details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you input.

Cat Breeder Sensei does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. i-Feline: AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

i-Feline is powered by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. By using i-Feline, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. i-Feline may produce responses, suggestions, or information that contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content should be treated as a starting point — not as professional, veterinary, legal, or financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated output before acting on it. This includes — but is not limited to — health recommendations, breeding guidance, contract language, nutritional information, and any other output produced by the software.
  • i-Feline does not replace professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian, attorney, or other qualified professional for decisions that affect the health, safety, or legal standing of your cattery, your cats, or your buyers.
  • Cat Breeder Sensei is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the use of i-Feline’s AI-generated output. This includes — without limitation — financial loss, harm to animals, legal disputes, or any other damages, whether direct or indirect.
  • AI technology is subject to change. The underlying AI models, features, and capabilities of i-Feline may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Use of i-Feline constitutes acceptance of these AI-related risks and limitations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cat Breeder Sensei, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — any Cat Breeder Sensei product or service, including Sensei Collective and i-Feline.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of any Cat Breeder Sensei product or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
