Sensei Collective Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
By purchasing or accessing the Sensei Collective Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Cat Breeder Sensei.
1. Subscription Authorization
By enrolling in the Sensei Collective Membership, you expressly authorize Cat Breeder Sensei to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) until the subscription is canceled by you.
Your billing date is established at the time of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
2. Digital Service & Immediate Access
Sensei Collective is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to:
- Members-only digital content
- Live and recorded trainings
- Private community platforms (including Discord)
- Educational resources and support
Delivery of service begins immediately upon successful payment.
3. No Refund Policy (Strict)
ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused access
- Failure to participate
- Forgetting to cancel
- Dissatisfaction with content or community
- Changes in personal or financial circumstances
Once a billing cycle has begun, no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued.
4. Cancellation Terms
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
- Cancellation prevents future charges only.
- Cancellation does not reverse or refund any prior charges.
- Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
Use of the membership after a billing date constitutes acceptance of that billing cycle.
5. Proof of Service & Usage
Access to Sensei Collective content, events, and community spaces is restricted to active paying members.
Participation in any members-only feature (including viewing content, attending live events, or accessing private community platforms) constitutes use of the service, regardless of the level of participation.
6. Account Responsibility
- Membership access is licensed to the individual account holder only.
- Sharing access, login credentials, or allowing non-members to access paid services is prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and account information.
7. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Initiating a chargeback for a valid membership charge is a violation of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback:
- Membership access may be immediately revoked
- Access to private platforms (including Discord) may be permanently removed
- Future enrollment may be denied
We strongly encourage members to contact support regarding billing questions before initiating a dispute.
8. Termination for Cause
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access for violations of community standards, abuse, or misuse of services.
Termination for cause does not entitle the member to a refund.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
